     @Frank_O_Pinon @WilhelmIII @Aly The super bugs of mideval times were fiendish to say yhe least. However, those doctors back then discovered, if you take cow oil, red wine, garlic and onions, and ferment them in a vase for few days. Itll kill anything thats making you sick.

     @demonofustio @WilhelmIII @Aly The onion thing is actually an Amish thing. They swear by it. Scientifically speaking it could have some merit as onions contain sulfur compounds that can help boost your immune system.

     @demonofustio @Frank_O_Pinon @WilhelmIII @Aly I'd avoid cooking with any polyunsaturated fat. Save the olive / flax oil for salads or mayo, and use the saturated fats (lard, tallow, coconut) for frying things.
