   @mischievoustomato @feld @rysiek I agree with Rysiek that more funding would be good but also, at least in the past, I talked to GIMP devs and they just plain aren't interested in being "competitive" with Photoshop, they add features as they personally need them.

     @sun @mischievoustomato @feld @rysiek I've used both Gimp and Krita recently and neither seem like they're going to be threatening Photoshop any time soon. Tasks that feel like they should be simple are somewhat complex to accomplish, and in Krita's case, incredibly resource-intensive if they use G'Mic.
