Just be lucky you're not my little brother. He has rainman Autism an is permanently 13 years old for the rest of his life mentallly. He loves music but would play it so loud in the headphones it would damage his hearing (I kinda have the same problem but my ears can handle it to a degree and I know my limits for sure). He's also doing very well in the Special needs baseball league, I want to see him play soon.
Unforntunately he will have to live in a group home for the rest of his life with supervision. Personally I blame vaccines, because he was an awesome baby, got his shots, then all of a sudden the seizures and problems started happening.....
Mine neither, that's why I boast about them being aryan angels and they literally have a reputation everywhere for being, and I quote as it's been repeated to me time and time agains, "the most well behaved children ever". They really are. Super proud of this because alot of people have animosity towards unruley, untrained children.
My oldest is tall and lanky like me, but my youngest is talls but stout. He a little stockier, like a line backer.
Also I hope you're proud of me I lost a shit ton of weight. Actually wore just a T-Shirt tonight at work and never once felt self conscience, my gut is pretty much gone. Bidens economy was the best diet ever!!
Congratulations. I think it's really important to be skinny for as long as possible. It's natural to gain as you get older (though some people do get skinnier), so you want a lower starting point. Keep at it.
I fluctuate between 155 and 165 depending on whether I'm using creatine (I can hold about 10lbs of water when I am). I'm in my mid-40s and my abs show. I put in a lot of work though, and it's not getting any easier.
