     @davidrevoy @greensofshade It means the local image cache expired the image because it's two years old. I keep my images for 15 days in the cache, because it's rare I need them longer and can refetch. The alt text only is the fallback when the image is missing.

     but it seems to happen to all of the older pictures, your pinned ones also are Alt-text only
