   They keep saying there is a double standard by the media, but I don’t blame the media. I blame the voters.

   Trump’s voters know he’s a moronic buffoon but they don’t care. It doesn’t tarnish his image in their eyes. It’s more like a perk. Democrats also think he’s a moronic buffoon, so consequently, there’s nothing to report when he says stupid shit.

   OTOH, both sides worry about Biden’s age, so that’s what the media talks about.

     @davidtoddmccarty There’s one place I do explicitly blame the media. When they talk about Biden’s age they’re really talking about those who have fears of Kamala Harris being the next president. The majority of the media is afraid to go there, so “Biden’s age” has become the code for reporting while not reporting.

     Correct. Heaven forfend our republic should have a Black woman occupying our highest office. Racism is a poison. It will end us as a nation unless we address and correct it.
