     so much to say on the FDA once again fumbling the ball on MDMA as treatment for PTSD.

     If its too effective that patients cant be tricked with a placebo so theres no way to know if its effecive.

     Also fears that a non-physically addictive drug might lead to addiction.

     @siege if a drug helps my PTSD then i'm going to end up pretty psychologically dependent on it, because PTSD is fucking shit

     if you cant do a double blind study because patients can tell if they're not on MDMA, doesnt that mean there is no chance the effect is merely placebo?
