     @silmathoron I am not able to find any mention on the web of Open Collective or Servo's account there closing down.

     Here's what it says on the sponsorship page:

     Note that we will stop accepting donations on LFX soon. Any funds left over will also be transferred to the Servo project, but recurring donations will be cancelled, so if you would like to continue your recurring donation, please do so on GitHub or Open Collective.

     I wonder what's the plan given that open collectives is closing down...
     @servo do you plan on opening something like a LiberaPay account?
     I imagine that having GH sponsoring only may prevent many people here from supporting you.

     Long story short: The platform is fine, as is the Open Collective Inc that runs it. The fiscal sponsor Open Source Collective is fine. The fiscal sponsor Open Collective Europe is fine.

     The fiscal sponsor Open Collective Foundation has decided to disband.

     I didn't realize their network had all these bits.

     @clacke ah, maybe I misunderstood what's happening with OpenCollectives... I just saw that the foundation was disbanding and some people are looking for alternative options but I think it's again a case where there is a foundation and a company?

     @silmathoron Specifically, opencollective.com/servo says that the fiscal host for @servo is #OpenSourceCollective , so Servo is not affected by the #OpenCollectiveFoundationDissolution
