   OPEN FIREFOx go to addons.mozilla.org get ublock, localcdn, chameleon, libredirect, temporary containers, firefox multi-account containers, violentmonkey, stylus

   go to ublock settings, turn advanced mode on for ublock in settings>advanced at the bottom. click my rules, copy paste THIS on the right then save it commit it

   no-cosmetic-filtering: * true no-large-media: * true no-popups: * true no-remote-fonts: * true no-scripting: * true * * * block

   enable shit in ublock’s advanced ui to make websites load the minimum shit necessary to be usable by you

   click chameleon icon then click the globe click random profile desktop

   temporary containers turn on automatic mode

   for websites you want to keep cookies on go to the site, click the always open in a container button in the urlbar next to the bookmark button, pick the container to always open in, then add it as a site exception in firefox settings DONT CLEAR SITE SETTINGS OR SITE EXCEPTIONS WILL BE LOST YOU WILL HAVE TO RE ADD THEM IN SETTINGS

   libredirect just go through the sites and like enable the ones you want its not really that important

   open about:config browser.compactmode.show to true: allows you to make urlbar and tabbar smaller keyword.enabled to false: disable searching with urlbar, i use bookmarks to search, i.e. url: https://4get.neco.lol/web?s=%s keyword: 4 allows you to search like “4 search query here” you can do this with anything firefox’s built in search engine shit is dogshit

   open firefox settings disable all the serach engines disable dumb bullshit that arkenfox userjs doesnt do like autofill or whatever its easy just whatever you want

   scroll to the bototm of privacy & security max protection dns custom set it to whatever you use like https://dns.adguard.com/dns-query or something idk

     @rat@brain.worm.pink yes ideally use firefox developer edition to send extra telemetry to mozzarella that you can't disable because it is a preview build :neofox:

     @zvava wait theres actually a hidden pref that overrides this 'toolkit.telemetry.coverage.opt-out: true' you can use on prerelease im not sure exactly how much it does but it is in arkenfox user.js. i dont think prerelease telemetry is as big of a deal but i still would feel icky using a release that has a telemetry preference locked on even if theres some other thing that supposedly overrides that.,
