SuperDicq (superdicq@minidisc.tokyo)'s status on Thursday, 30-May-2024 18:19:04 JST SuperDicq @vaartis@pl.kotobank.ch The entire book is a giant shitpost if you see it the context of the show. At the time people got quite obsessed trying to make sense of all the lore in those videos, while I think George thinks that there really is no deeper lore behind it. All the lore in FilthyFrank is just excuses to make funny videos and skits.
Francis of the Filth is the final piece of FilthyFrank media that was ever produced. As I see I think it was honestly it was just meant as a big "fuck you" at the end just to make fun of the lore obsessed crowd who will overanalyze this and try put it into the "canon" of the rest of the show.
But reading this without knowing the context it is just a weird pile of nonsensical vile stuff and that's why I kinda like it. I just wanna imagine some random unsuspecting reader finding this in a library and who doesn't know who George Miller is and everything surrounding this. -

vaartis running up that hill (vaartis@pl.kotobank.ch)'s status on Thursday, 30-May-2024 18:19:06 JST vaartis running up that hill @SuperDicq finally someone else who read this book. Sure is a strange one.. Though I guess it is in line with his other stuff. I actually got the hardcover edition and that was a total fucking scam because it was a jean cover with a "supercover" like the one on the picture. And yeah i think it is probably the most strange book I own, as well. House of leaves is weird but not cursed-weird and is pretty well known, that's really the only contender -
