   Well, I’ve got my winter bio-security patches. Flu jab done last month and lucky number 7 Covid booster done today.
   Time to go licking windows 😉

     Well, so far I don’t feel as bad with the Covid booster as I did with my flu jab, which is good, but I’m definitely slow and foggy headed.

     @jacklaridian I’m sure there was a “joke” about how since coffee beans come from a plant, espresso is practically a salad.

     @jacklaridian my usual routine is to get at least a couple of pints of warm water with fresh ginger in it down me straight after the jab. It seems to help a lot, and tastes a bit more interesting than just plain water (I’m one of those people who struggle to drink water at the best of times.)
     I think my main problem was broken sleep and weird dreams last night.

     Oh yeah, I don't like plain water either. I drink a lot of this stuff. It's sparkling water that tastes like a bomb pop. 😎
