     community of Christ is a schism of LDS that were sitting for decades on a tiny piece of land important to LDS. Other churches were keeping CoC alive even after it majorly declined, just to prevent LDS from getting the land, completely out of spite. There is a tiny piece of land called Temple Lot that is supposed to be THE most high temple on Earth, the one in the center of what LDS calls the New Jerusalem, it is the most holy place to all Mormons.
