1. It comes free with the bacon
2. You know what's in it (bacon)
3. Everything cooked in it tastes great.
4. Nothing sticks to the pan, and it barely smokes
In the past few days, I've used it to fry scallops, asparagus, dumplings, omelets, and to sear a pot roast. It's awesome.
