   The poll's question is a bit ambiguous in my opinion. Everybody speaks at least one language.

   I think the question should be: "How many foreign languages do you speak?"

     @truls46 "Foreign language" would be unclear and potentially misleading.

     "How many languages" is clear. If you speak only English you speak 1. If you speak Spanish and English you speak 2. No matter where in the world you are.
