   @m04 @salad_bar_breath Yes, I did. It was mostly a matter of being persistence enough to get the paperwork and reminding everyone on the day off that I wanted them back.

   The pathology lab diced them first (looking for cancer, I guess?), and I wish they hadn't. 😡

   Some hospitals have policies forbidding this.

   A nice trans women who collected "wet specimens" as a hobby gave me advice on how to transport them internationally.

   In the end, they were in my carry on bag when I flew home.
