     Yeah its a bench grinder.
     Make sure you take a peek under the motor cowling before plugging it in unless you want a fire or a heckin die of electrocution.

     Yeah you can do that.
     They also make wire wheels for angle grinders too if you need to work on bigger stuff.
     Assume the grinding wheel is suspect if you're picking that up from a garage sale, you dont want to have stone in you from it exploding at high rpm.

     @mesmer @BowsacNoodle @nugger i was planning on using the bristly one to clean up old tools and knock the rust off htem and shit
     cuz i got a ton of really old tools that are greasy and dirty as fuck with a little rust that isn't damaging tot hem yet.
