   Cozi (family organiser app) just auto-updated and now all 3 home screen widgets I was using say "Upgrade to Cozi Gold" instead of showing content :(

     @moritz I had no idea they had an open source release! I've absolutely used projects that mirror your experience and it's very frustrating

     @annika I used to run Cozy “on prem” (even maintained for recommended container imager for a while) but their approach to “open source” never really sat right with me and I abandoned it after they decided to pretty much break their entire ecosystem on a whim and not update their public documentation .. I think for them it was mostly marketing
