   tor is routing through at least 3 hops and most of them are most of the time not fast enough to do video (live) streaming.

   it takes me more than ten hours to download your video in the default resolution.

     I use it with a VPN, and even with both VPN and Tor it tends to work just fine. It also supports using invidious instances. If need be you can adjust the video resolution. But if that's not good enough relative to being country blocked, then I can't really help you.

     I'm using freetube app, so don't generally have to deal with that bs. You can do a search for ["ukraine on fire" + "oliver stone"] if the following link doesn't work. Expect to see a lot of links to "winter on fire" which is a hastily produced disinfo campaign to prebunk and deflect from facts presented in the oliver stone doc.
