@LianaBrooks I have the same problem. I did more research and a whole lot of other things inhibits it's absorption, so docs rec U take it on an empty stomach with vitamin C to help it digest.
@LianaBrooks was wondering if taking it at night was better. I often forget to wait 2 hours before consuming anything lol
@liztai I usually do take my iron pills a few hours after dinner. Sometimes I remember the vitamin C.
