   I am glad I run my own e-mail, but it is the most complex service I run.

     I run a peertube (battlepenguin.video) although I haven't really done anything with it in a long time. I haven't tried Jitsi though. I do host Matrix and XMPP as well.

     @djsumdog @liw @mwl Try peertube or jitsi lol.
     Peertube isn't complex, per se, unless you actually want to understand the config file.
