     @Kos_mod @vivi i always really wanted to find an mmo i could get really into but i never really did, instead i just played a lot of shooters like overwatch and like now helldivers

     @vivi Yes, my favorite high school memories revolve around MMORPGs, too. I played so many back then and now they're all dead.

     @Kos_mod one of my best friends in high school introduced me to tera online and eversince i have yearned for another game to recreate the magic. i remember one time when she got up for school/before i went to sleep (different time zones) we both hopped on and traveled to the prettiest area in the game and found a good spot and stood next to each other and turned off the HUD and took pictures together. it was a small thing and ever since the pictures got deleted by accident and me and her fell out, but it still is one of my warmest memories from high school i think

     @Kos_mod @vivi clearly the cia got freaked out with too many fighting-aged young men getting sucked into world of warcraft and now secretly decimate every potentially successful mmorpg project with the exception of runescape because for some reason the data showed that runescape addiction still correlated with an acceptable average bench press so they allow it (although they haven't figured out this is mostly due to a small outlier population)
