     @hispanicweeb it's now easier I think. Kernel is now binary and generates a dracut automatically. And network is already working if you are using wire conection.

     @Suiseiseki i just tried this today and a lot of things were masked, I dunno why, but at least i gonna try to install a free browser and mask telemetry, and eme and proprietary codecs. .

     Probably because of the Artistic license.
     
     Many packages under Artistic also have another free license as an option instead, but Gentoo always gets the license wrong.

     For mesa this means codecs restricted by software patents, but the actual software implementation is free.
