I remember seeing this a long while back and it's just as stupid now. One of the best/neat things about Gtk/Qt in the 2000s was the ability to flip through all the themes and find just the right one where all the apps you cared about looked right and it had a color pallet you liked too.
These devs should just switch to Electron cancer if they care that much.
@djsumdog yeah. hell, with my current setup of i3+polybar+dmenu+qutebrowser+vim+IntelliJ+etc., I'd be very glad for some ways to change their colors globally. GTK has this and instead of embracing it (and coding the layouts properly without stupid hacks) they're angry
