     Russia is also now using North Korean ballistics in Ukraine .. like the smaller versions of long range intercontinental missiles :blobcatgrimacing:
     
     I didn't learn this until recently, but North Korea is the only nation that does not announce their long range basaltic tests. The other 8 nuclear powers do, because they don't want someone to retaliate from a test fire. If any nation is in the position for a successful first strike ... it's the DPRK.
