     Yes I know that, but it was also a melting pot for the jew's multiculturalism. As a kid I can recall all the propaganda pushing different races living together, we're all the same, all bleed, yadda yadda. Growing up in America you started to believe this because you saw it in all your TV shows and movies too.

     Genetically we are mutts. America was the testing grounds for mulato breeds. The more popular nigger culture became the more race mixing and mulatos came to exist. Now kikes are trying to America Europe. That's why nigger culture is starting to pop up more and more there now.

     @Tony @MadrePappagallo @givenup Broadly speaking, being White is European ancestry and culture. It's pretty much a descriptive synonym for "European" the way "Black" is for African, but it's a sort of "essence" of who we are. You can break it down genetically and see that despite the many differences, Nords are closer to Anglos than Asians (barring Finland 😏) or West Africans.

     @Tony America was never a melting pot, always a salad bowl. To answer "what is an American" without acknowledging this is to ignore that a salad is not a homogenous pureed baby food. The essence of who we are is complimentary flavors of primarily European cultures and the people who manifest them, mixed up a bit and intermingled in a way that geography and circumstances never would've allowed for. We tend to be a bit boisterous and independent — what else could you expect of the sons and daughters of those who left their homelands in search of better or more? We tend to be generous and friendly to others to a fault, often patronizing even if unintentionally. Many of us cling to an idea of what we think American is in a sort of LARP until it's not way, because it's a challenge to identify with your ancestral home when it's thousands of miles away, possibly split between 4 or more places. We started over with what happened in 1776 and pick what we want from our ethnic past a la carte.

     @MadrePappagallo @Eiswald @BloodLibel The idea of “The White Race” as a distinct category appears to have been invented with the discovery of the New World. Prior to that, White People obviously *existed*, but did not think of themselves as such - but rather according to their Ethnic Nation and/or Religion.
     This isn’t to discredit the idea or join the anti-White chorus; genetic findings obviously support the grouping, and it’s simply and naturally been absorbed by basically everyone as valid to some extent. I think of “White American” as my ethnicity - all potential objections aside - and I value all European-descended people as my extended-extended family.
     
     By the way, if anyone has links to older evidence of Europeans thinking of themselves as “White People” before the American Colonial Period, I’d *love* to see it - as it simply strengthens the historical foundation of our racial self-determination.

     @BloodLibel @MadrePappagallo The amerimutt meme, funny as it may be, applies to an infinitesimally small percentage of the American White population. I have no nigger, no kike, and 0.2% American Indian. 99.8% White. Mostly Anglo, German, and Finnish in that order.

     eh it’s not really true genetically, we’re a mixture of different European (White) ethnicities, but despite the complete deracination and push for race mixing by jews over the past 60 years, most White people still stick with their own. It just proves that despite the 24/7 propaganda, the natural instincts of people are a lot more difficult to break than they seem. The demographic destruction of America and Europe is mostly being done through mass immigration (having a “native” population of niggers in the US doesn’t help either).

     @givenup @Tony Indeed. That's why I think America is sort of its own identity even if we have roots back to other places. You'd never be unlikely to find a Norwegian and Austrian and Scottish and Croatian mix in Europe 100 years ago, and yet I exist.

     @Frank_O_Pinon @Tony I'm the same way. We were far better as a country when we had ethnic enclaces. People still mixed, almost exclusively within their race, and few cared because we were American. To extend my metaphor, the presence of red onions doesn't ruin my salad, but I do tend to avoid them and move them to the side. If they were chopped up and evenly dispersed in the salad, it would change the whole flavor and likely be a bit worse from my perspective.

     I see it as I don't mind a Chinatown or Little Italy. There can even be a Little Mogadishu (like in Arizona or somewhere else i don't care about)
     
     But i don't want to be forced to have it next door to me because they probably won't enjoy me loudly playing Prußians Gloria at 6am and I won't like whatever odd things they do either.
