     so the secret lifehack apparently is to use a little orange peel in the sauce and it'll totally get rid of the tomato acidity and I really worked :0

     @shibao I usually add dried red chilies bc it enhances that flavor!! light, acidic, and slightly spicy spaghetti is the best!!
