     @cassidyclown @eidolon usually when that happens it's very obvious like the stuff they want you to take is almost on the sidewalk and there's a big sign that says FREE

     @eidolon @RustyCrab I just realised Americans don't have verge-side collection so there probably isn't the same implicit open-invitation to take anything on your front lawn as there is here
