Why risk anything when the US clearly is a faltering empire fighting proxy wars in two countries and not really winning either one to any great extent. I just can't see the angle for China to do a damn thing other than deals with Russia while we fight internally and likely go to Civil War if not just collapse from fiscal implosion. -
