@WilhelmIII while I appreciate your cynicism, that's not actually how it works. They won't have any jurisdiction for laws from other states.
Their jurisdiction is even more limited in federal cases too, which is why you have circuits.

@0vtcast I mean sure, that's a possibility, but remember "never let a crisis go to waste" - and if there is a crash and he's in charge there will be a ton of pressure to kick out invaders.
The only way this overarching logic works is if they let in the invaders as a buffer to them getting in trouble.

@egirlyuumimain @WilhelmIII I can't remember the legal flow for this, but I think it would have to go through the state supreme court first, then it can possibly go to the SCOTUS.
