     I'm starting to think there's a conspiracy afoot. Get the women into the forest, away from the men, birthrates plummet, now we have to import third world migrants to replace our aging (and eaten) population. Never mind that those migrants are a bit .. furry ..

     When I was a kid my parents would let us go for a long weekend to live with Uncle Caveman. He was hairy and grumpy and lived in a cave. And occasionally, he would eat one of us.

     One thing kids like is to be tricked. For instance, I was going to take my little nephew to Disneyland, but instead I drove him to an old burned-out warehouse. "Oh, no," I said, "Disneyland burned down." He cried and cried, but I think deep down he thought it was a pretty good joke. I started to drive over to the real Disneyland, but it was getting pretty late.
