     @graf Depends why you're bloated. Usually just cutting salt and upping water with an extra gallon a day for a few days will get you back towards less bloat within a week.

     @Frank_O_Pinon @graf Indeed. You ever see some of the ∆ in one day for fighters? It's not uncommon for a dude to weigh in at 180 on fight night when he was 159.5 at weigh in. Crazy how much weight you can pack on from glycogen and water.

     Back in highschool we would drink loke a gallon a day for a week then cut back to half that. You'd piss like every 15 minutes.
