@binarydigit I hand create a link on my main blog at Micro.blog back to Scribbles so I can add an image and a custom description. I use an RSS feed from Scribbles into Day One as my archive.
@philomath@binarydigit I'm thinking of making a workflow using Obsidian community plugins that import RSS feeds to automate archiving my media habits since Trakt and Letterboxd both create custom RSS. Raindrop.io does the same things for bookmarks.
@amerpie@binarydigit I’ve been drafting my blog posts in Obsidian and then copying them over to Scribbles. Super lame compared to your archiving ways, haha, but it works!
I’ve also been thinking about copying the posts to Apple’s Journal app as well.
@binarydigit@philomath I use an IFTTT applet to automate the import, but Day One does have a command line interface and json import capability if you have those kind of skills. (I don't LOL)
@binarydigit I’ve set up my Echofeed to do exactly this! I’ve decided to call it reverse syndication. All of my Scribbles posts are cross-posted to the digital garden section of my 11ty site.
@binarydigit yup this is exactly what I'm doing as well. I'm actually the main post on Scribbles, a summarized version on my MB that links to it because I also would like MB to have all my contents.
