     @a1ba the instances should not make a request to the URL when they receive it. why should they? they should not make any request to the target at all.

     @Rocc @tk @a1ba there was some fun stuff too. I still remember when the message board I lurked for anime torrents had 1 mod send another a meatball parm sandwich internationally through the mail because they kept complaining about being hungry. It became a celebrated thread with daily photo updates as we all waited in anticipation.
     
     The can of root beer turned out edible, at least.

     @tk @Rocc @a1ba he presented the sandwich to his cat, who tentatively tried a bit of it that hadn't gone green yet, and then he drank the root beer. I don't remember if he recycled the can or not, but he probably didn't have the chops to chew through it.
