     @fzer0 I don't track it, the audio book platform does. and it's just a supplement to traditional reading when I'm doing stuff like cleaning, cooking or cycling. I think the knowledge retention is good. I don't listen to academic books that way, but anything else works.

     I tried an audio bood once and all i remember is where the rewind button was.
