     Back in the 90s, they'd mail out an actual book with names in it .. felt more like a phone book really. I think the gimmick was, there was no cost to be included but they'd try to get people to buy the physical book if they were included. I'm just surprised it's still going, and apparently still a big enough operation they can buy these custom LinkedIn popups.
