     no, you don't. you'll be filing your taxes as a consultant. we don't get any notable tax breaks and chances are make too much for things like Earned Income Credit, even.
     
     all you have to do is set back 30% because _you're gonna owe_.
     
     forming a company is only useful for the individual if they live in one of a few states, otherwise there is no savings to be had.
