    @jwildeboer @Linza I'd also point out something relevant to both cases by International Law expert Phillipe Sands sometime ago

    There was an arrest warrant placed against Milošević during the war, which everyone saw as an empty gesture when it was issued

    No one could possibly touch him. He'd just hide in his country for decades and evade justice

    ... until suddenly 4 years later, he was in the Hague

    Fate is not kind to war criminals

      @Linza let’s compare with the 2023 travel of Netanyahu. Jordan, France, Italy, Germany, UK, Cyprus. They all are member states of the ICC. So. I guess you see my point a bit clearer now.

      @Linza Kyrgysztan, China, Kazakhstan, Belarus, UAE and Saudi Arabia. None of them member states of the ICC according to https://asp.icc-cpi.int/states-parties. Guess why he travelled there. #nuffsaid
