I thought it was interesting that when @photomatt was focued on bringing #ActivityPub to #Tumblr, Pfefferle advocated introducing #WordPress to the #Fediverse en mass.

All I know is that every time I’ve tried to make a blog with it, it was an awful, confusing, complicated, messy experience. And everyone always suggests it, like it the obvious, default choice. It’s one of the reasons I gave up trying to have my own website. I’m not a fan.
