The death of Prime Minister Rabin changed the path of Israel/Palestine. As for Mr. Gore on the other hand, I think his foreign policy would have made decisions similar to those of President Bush. See https://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/why-al-gore-would-have-invaded-iraq-and-what-it-tells-us-about-syria/article14105322/ for some specifics.A President Gore would have made #ClimateChange a much higher priority, but I don't know if he would have gotten any relevant legal changes through Congress in 2000 to 2008.
