     @ryanc Ohh, cool! I'd only heard of the version where they bury the testes in the pelvis, not one which preserved them exterior-wise. Neat!!

     @Impossible_PhD As far as I know, none of the surgeons who do penis preserving vaginoplasty will bury the testes, with difficulties of checking for cancer cited as the reason.

     If this has changed, I'd like to know more.

     (for context, I'm involved in online communities for people who want or have had penis preserving vaginoplasty or vagina preserving phalloplasty)
