     Yep. He used to tell it as a 'hilarious' anecdote about his family road trip vacations. Seamus, in a crate, tied to the top of the family car, speeding down the highway at 70 mph. Dog is so terrified its liquified shit coats the back window. Romney has to stop to clean it up.

     *pause for audience laughter*

     He told the story multiple times until Romney realized it made him sound like a psychopath.
