@carnage4life No. Grindr was sold & transactions cleared, so that issue was “resolved” (even though they were bullied into selling).
TikTok has the will to fight back and the backing of tens of millions of Americans.
@ku They could sue, but judges might dismiss the case as it would be post-sale (which involves their legalities).
@darnell but Grindr can sue for having being bullied into the sale, no?
