     Another $60 billion? Well I guess there are not enough dead Ukraine yet.
     
     This seems really inefficient. Let's assume the low numbers of 100 billion USD and 1 million dead Ukrainian soldiers. That's $100,000 per soldier?! If America wants Ukrainians dead there have to be cheaper ways!
