   #Democrats are pivoting from economic issues & instead campaigning on #abortion.

   #Republicans are having fundraising issues, but I believe it will not handicap them as they will receive support from various Super PAC’s backed by billionaires.

     Democrats may not be doing so well in the polls our media is publishing, but they're doing pretty good at the actual ballot boxes.

     "The new majority gives room for Democrats to move forward several pieces of legislation regarding labor, healthcare and so much more that effects working families," said one of the newly elected Democratic legislators from Tuesday's special election.

     @GreenFire @darnell I’m a Michigan resident. The GOP politics have gotten really Trumpy/culture-war here, and it’s sorta killing them. They get elected, then get nothing done or run up huge legal bills because they’re pulling weird MAGA BS that, for example, violates existing contracts, and folks (including traditional Republicans) are sick of it. Like, all the culture war yelling is fun and all, but we really just want the roads fixed and the schools staffed.

     @dave0 @GreenFire I feel your pain on that! Despite being the party of “fiscal responsibility,” the #GOP does not respect any spending or budgetary constraints.

     I have my disagreements with the #Democrats regarding taxes, but at least their fiscal policies make sense: you raise taxes as you increase spending.

     #Republicans increase spending while cutting taxes, resulting in massive deficits. It’s bonkers!
