   Into the third week of the financial year and #TransportScotland still hasn't confirmed funding for those delivering active travel projects. They did the same last year, causing untold stress for hundreds of people whose jobs rely on ScotGov funding. Lots of jobs already lost, but the whole debacle just flies under the radar. There is no media coverage and no outcry. It's a damned shame.

     @peterbrown Hopefully, you aren't personally affected, Peter, but community projects are suffering the worst impact, so there's a fair chance that you are. It's quite sad.
