     @hj@shigusegubu.club @disarray@fedi.layer02.net Hot take but I don't think you should compromise on features just to have a "clean codebase". This is only something that developers care about, as I user I want features.
     
     We don't work for medical institutes, military or banks or whatever that needs to be really secure.
     
     Just patch the bugs when people find them :02shrug: I like living on the edge, especially with something like the fediverse where not a lot can be gained from exploiting security issues anyway as 99% of the communication here is public.

     @SuperDicq @disarray cold take actually. I'm not against features and increase of complexity but there has to be a balance and compromises. All I'm saying is that misskey and likes really likes to add bunch of shit into them for sake of having bunch of shit, often with disregard for... pretty much everything else.
