   @WarnerCrocker According to Glenn Kirschner on The Legal Breakdown show he does with Brian Tyler Cohen, the firing of the lawyers ploy won't work. The judge can just tell them to sort out any differences they are claiming to justify the firing. And he can force the lawyers to continue, as they are agents of the court, I think.

     @ianRobinson I would hope that would be the case, although with the way the US Justice system has been neutered I think anything is possible.
