   @thomasfuchs I never really understood that debate, so it's no surprise that also now I don't get what you mean, but … what do you mean (iff you're so nice to indulge me)? How isn't the universe (not) a clockwork? I mean, no one thinks there are actual clock gears (I hope), but only that physics follows some rules (which is of course true, or not?).

     @thomasfuchs @zvavybir even in classical mechanics the differential equations describing how things move have no analytical solution so it's weird that it took quantum mechanics for people to realise the universe isn't clockwork.
