   @mushroom_soup years ago as a teenager I was in bible study and this old couple that had been in the church for probably 60 years, the wife said "I don't think God doesn't want us to be proud" and I realized at that moment that nobody actually reads the fucking Book.

     @sun @mushroom_soup it is interesting when I read my 1800's bible to today's. The differences are quite profound.

     @sun @mushroom_soup Next time we hang out I’ll have to show you the big one. It’s massive and amazing detail of coins, drawings, former empires all that. It’s like a bible and history book combined.
