   I don’t think his personal bravery is even relevant here. I think it’s a calculus of whether doing something like that earns him more votes from the left than it costs him in barely-news-reading retirees in Florida thus causing a fascist to win the presidential election, and it’s a fucking miserable situation and I hate every part of it.

     Yes, we may have different definitions. Is “bravery” saying what’s clearly correct, even if doing so causes harm to everyone except the fascists? Or is “bravery” being hounded as a monster for sticking to a strategy that he believes (rightly or wrongly) prevents a fascist victory?

     (I’m personally skeptical of whether his is a winning strategy, but “we know more about political strategy than Biden” is a •very• different assertion than “Biden is afraid.”)

     I’m not happy with these people either, but who am I to throw stones? I’m quite sure I don’t know how to win a presidential election — ever, but especially under present circumstances.

     I am most interested in pressure from Jewish people, especially Israeli Jews, pushing back against Netanyahu. •That• is something that could actually unlock this logjam.

     @inthehands @blogdiva going off on a Florida tangent, I think it’s surprising the Biden campaign insists there’s a chance of them winning Florida, but then turns around and devotes zero resources to it. They just sent Kamala Harris’ husband (white) and two white ladies to kick off their *Latinos for Biden* campaign 😂
