     City taxes are done. They remain as confusing as ever. I'm looking forward to working with a tax professional next year.

     @NexJql It's related to owning and living in my duplex. I rent upstairs out to a family friend at below rental rates. I have to file for Philly's unique set of taxes, but I fall so far below the $100K in revenue threshold that I never seem to owe anything. I still have to file, though.

     The city gets their money via yearly rental license fees, and property taxes.

     @NexJql Same with my property taxes too. Though they still appear on the site to pay the business taxes. Oh, Philadelphia. (I can't even call it a PA thing.)

     @silver_huskey ahhhhh. Wow, that gets confusing. Florida has taxes for rentals, too, though. Property tax is automatically taken, I guess. Our mortgage lender handles that.
