Silver Huskey (silver_huskey@fandom.ink)'s status on Sunday, 14-Apr-2024 02:00:02 JST Silver Huskey @NexJql It's related to owning and living in my duplex. I rent upstairs out to a family friend at below rental rates. I have to file for Philly's unique set of taxes, but I fall so far below the $100K in revenue threshold that I never seem to owe anything. I still have to file, though.
The city gets their money via yearly rental license fees, and property taxes.

If that's not for property, that's insane.
